Deliveries

 

We use Royal Mail standard parcel service to send your purchase to you. You should expect to receive it in 3-5 working days. Standard delivery is charged at £4.00 or FREE on purchases of £50 and above.

 

If you need your purchase in a hurry, please select the first class option at checkout which is charged at £6.50.

We also offer a click and collect service at no charge.

Returns

We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, however, if something's not as expected please let us know and return the item unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt to Happy Soles, 11 Newport, Lincoln LN1 3DE. We are happy to offer fitting advice in advance of a purchase to help you make your choice.

Should your purchase appear to be faulty, please let us know about the problem so that we can advise you on the next steps in order to minimise any inconvenience to you. In the majority of these cases we will provide a full refund or exchange.
