We have taken a number of measures for our customers' safety and the safety of our staff.

We will be offering a booking system so that we can control the flow of customers which will avoid unnecessary waiting or wasted journeys. Appointments can be requested via the Request an Appointment tab or through our Facebook page (please stipulate the number of children to be fitted). We will also be happy to accommodate customers who do not have an appointment whenever we have the space and time to do so.

In order to maintain social distancing, we can accommodate a maximum of two small customer groups in the shop at any one time and we would ask all visitors to follow these guidelines:

 

• Bring the minimum number of children and adults needed for the appointment 

• Wear a face covering if you are 11 years old or above and medically able to do so 

• Use the hand sanitiser on arrival

• Wear socks or other appropriate foot covering for measuring and fitting

• Pay by card

• Maintain a 2 metre distance between yourselves and other customers

Our staff will also:

• Wear face coverings

• Provide hand sanitiser for your use

• Control the number of customers in the shop at any one time

• Clean the measuring gauge and payment terminal between each customer

• Wash their hands regularly, including between each customer
